Money raised from the walks supports programs and services that assist diagnosed individuals, their families and caregivers residing in the National Capital Area. Last year the walk included over 1,000 participants and raised more than $120,000.

Registration is $35 and offers each walker an event t-shirt, food, refreshments, entertainment, a silent auction (McLean walk only!), a gourmet food and wine tasting by Luna di Luna and Fresh Fields of Vienna (McLean walk only!), chances for prize giveaways and much more. Teams of walkers are encouraged.

The Alzheimer's Association, National Capital Area is here to help the estimated 350,000 people impacted by Alzheimer's disease, including those diagnosed, their families and caregivers residing in Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland and Washington, DC.
