I have been angry but Im not in agony;
I have been frustrated but Im not in fear;
I have been lonely but Im not lost;
I have been embattled but Im not embittered;
I have been depressed but Im not despondent;
I have been discouraged but Im not in despair;
I have been independent but now stress interdependence;
I have my faith and that will prevail over all else.
We caregivers live "one day at a time" and we thank the Lord for our support group.
