Register or get a sponsor pledge form for Memory Walk 2001! Walk to make a difference. Join us for one or all of our Memory Walk 2001 events.
Our Recruitment Goal: With your help, we hope to sign up over 1,500 walkers and recruit over 100 teams (a team can be a family, an organization or club, businesses, medical groups or hospitals, co-workers or caregivers.) We can�t do it without you . . . . . Help us reach our goal!!
Incentive Packages 2001
Raise Additional Dollars and Receive Great Prizes
Make a list of potential contributors. Send a letter, post card or call them and have them sponsor your efforts.
Raise additional dollars over the $30 registration fee and receive: (Prizes are cumulative)
- $ 100 - Memory Walk 2001 Baseball Hat
- $ 200 - Mini-walkers FM radio
- $ 500 - embroidered long sleeve designer denim shirt
- $ 800 - Memory Walk all purpose tote
- $1,200 - $200 United Arlines voucher to anywhere in the Continental U.S.A.
- Team Captain Prize - team captains recruiting 10 walkers or more receive an embroidered denim shirt
NOTE: Become an AMBASSADOR. As an Ambassador your donation will directly support programs. Raise through pledges or pay $1,000 and waive all event prizes. You will receive: A special luncheon with other Ambassadors and a celebrity along with your name added to a Memory Walk Ambassador Plaque displayed in our office. You are still eligible for all grand prizes.
Grand Prize Packages
(One grand prize per fund-raiser)
- Top Fund-raiser over $3,000 - to be announced
- 2nd Top Fund-raiser over $2,000 - Airfare for two to Spain by Spanair (restrictions apply)
- Top Fund-raising Team over $6,000
($250 United Airlines Ticket Voucher for the top 5 fund-raisers on the team)
(All Memory Walk Events - Grand prizes awarded in mid-November 2001.
Some restrictions apply for above prizes)
Note: Grand Prizes are not cumulative. No holiday travel. Limit one grand prize per walker and one United Airline voucher per walker.
Deadline for turning in additional funds for grand prize eligibility: Friday, November 2, 2001.
NOTE: All additional dollars raised go directly to fund LOCAL community programs and services and not event expenses or overhead. Our event sponsors help defray event cost.
